Watched 18 Kids and Counting tonight. Love the Duggars! Wish I was a part of a family like theirs!
Well, here I am after over a week of no posts. I'm just too worn out on my work days to commit to daily blogging, so I'll do it when I can. Not a lot happens here on a day to day basis anyway.
Last Saturday was Benji's 20th birthday. We celebrated by eating out at Stix. His girlfriend Abby & her family joined us. It was fun. Benji loves Star Trek & has forever, so I found a cake decoration online & got the ladies in the bakery at work to make him a Star Trek cake. Here are some pictures from his birthday:
After Stix we came home & he opened his presents. Then we watched a movie that he got. I don't remember the name. lol. . .It's been a week now. . .
Monday was mine & Craig's wedding anniversary. It was 24 years. We ate out Sunday night because we were both working Monday. I knew I'd be tired. We went to Olive Garden -- we had a gift card. It was good. I always like it there.
One day recently my foot doctor came into the store where I work & he came through my line. He was asking about my foot & I was telling him how bad it still hurts. He said I might need surgery & to come back & see him. Yikes! I don't want surgery! I'm tired of the pain though, so it might be worth it. I can't remember if I have blogged about it before, so in case I haven't, I have plantar fasciitis.
We got a call on Tuesday night from Craig's brother. Their father passed away that day. Craig hasn't been in touch with his father in a very long time. His father left the family. Anyway, Craig's brother gave the current wife or which ever family member all of the family names for the obituary & it appears that most of them were intentionally left out. Just one final dig after everything that happened years ago. People can be so mean.
Today Craig, Benji, Abby & I went to see the new Harry Potter movie. It was good.
Tonight I finally updated my website. It was way over do! http://www.traciestanley.com/sitemap.html

Have lots to update on, but just too tired. Hopefully tomorrow night or if not then definitely over the weekend will update.
Just wanted to say that I haven't forgotten to blog, just not up to it. Will hopefully be back to it soon.
I didn't get to write last night because Craig was on this computer hooking up a printer. I was about asleep when he got finished. Yesterday was nothing special anyway, except for the fact that I was looking forward to 2 days off. That in itself is exciting!
I got some things accomplished around the house today. Not near enough, but I did make some headway. That is so much more rewarding than a regular job to me. I hope to get more done tomorrow. I'm a little concerned that I may get some interruptions. Grr. . .
I watched So You Think You Can Dance tonight. I love that show!
Okay, off to bed with me. But first, I gotta feed the bunny. Goodnight!

Took a little nap because I didn't feel good.
I have to work tomorrow & then I'm off for 2 days. I must plan & be productive on my days off. I never plan anymore & I heard a saying not too long ago, & it is so true. "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail." I only put little maybe plans in my head & don't follow through. I must do better so that I can feel fulfilled.
On a lighter note, I'm looking forward to the new Harry Potter movie. It is pretty much the only thing I go to the movie theater for. So, it's kind of a special treat!
I shall hopefully be back here tomorrow to write about another exciting day in the life of Tracie! (insert sarcasm) lol Nighty night!

I worked today from 6am to 1pm. My legs & feet have hurt for the rest of the day. I took a nap, but it didn't help much. I have Plantar Fasciitis in my left foot & it is very painful.
Craig was fixing lunch when I got home. We had breaded shrimp, home fries & collard greens. It was pretty yummy!
Benji has gone to Abby's (girlfriend) tonight.
I'm off tomorrow & hope to get some things done around the house after a good night sleep. I know I'm going to need to go to Walmart for a thing or 2 tomorrow, so I hope that doesn't slow me down too much.
Our newest dog Barkley has been sick. I took him to the vet on Friday. He's had a cough. He hasn't coughed as much tonight, so hopefully the medicine is helping & he's getting better.
I guess that's all for now.
